Thank you for your interest in volunteering at The Hanover Theatre for the Performing Arts.
As a nonprofit organization, we rely on volunteers for many important positions at the theatre. It is our pleasure to invite you to apply for the following volunteer positions:
The Hanover Theatre will host over 170,000 patrons every year and we would love to have you on board as a part of our team! Please download the Volunteer Application located below on this page and submit your application to The Hanover Theatre, c/o David MacArthur, 2 Southbridge Street, Worcester, MA 01608. Applications are collected on an ongoing basis but we only contact applicants for interviews and training annually in August before the start of a new season. For example, if you submit your application in September, you will be contacted for an interview in August of the next year.
On this page, you will also find a brief description of volunteer positions available at the theatre and their essential functions and requirements. Please review the positions before filling out your application.
Those applicants chosen to volunteer at the theatre will be rewarded first and foremost with our gratitude for their time and talents. Volunteers are vital to the success of the theatre and we know this will be a rewarding experience for all!
