Twitter co-founder tells Becker grads to focus on what they love

In his remarks yesterday, Mr. Sagolla, Becker College's commencement speaker, offered succinct advice with a humorous touch.

“Don't drink and tweet,” Mr. Sagolla said to an audience at The Hanover Theatre for the Performing Arts, a recommendation that received a big laugh. “Don't go for the big money right away,” and for the potential entrepreneurs in the class of 2012, Mr. Sagolla said, “Don't take venture capital.”

Twitter is an online social media networking service in which users send messages or “tweets” of up to 140 characters. Mr. Sagolla, who tweets @dom has more than 37,200 followers.
